We are a contemporary European restaurant offering tasting menus centred around produce-focused cooking, driven by seasonality, quality and locality of ingredients. We try to source our ingredients responsibly meaning supporting producers that focus on regenerative, low impact farming.

The menu

The menu for the week will follow our philosophy: local, sustainable, no waste. Most of our dishes are vegan as meat is no longer sustainable. The only animal we buy, we get it from small farm around Germany and we use every part of the animal in our plates and to produce charcuterie and many more things. Most of our veggie comes from Brandenburg, and we seek for small producers constantly to showcase their products. We follow the same philosophy on wine, pairing our dishes with natural and sustainable wines from winemakers around Europe.

The menu may have some small changes depending on the weather and what nature will offer us that week.
